Moti Navy Polka Dot Rayon Top

The body flares gently from the shoulder so it falls away rather than clinging, and the sleeves run long to a wide cuff of ivory scalloped lace — the one place the navy breaks. Cut to sit below the hip, so it works over a skirt or straight trousers.
